Ups - sorry. Checkout pandoc [1] - it converts to asciidoc and you can use as input format xhtml produced from LyX. Depending on your document, the result may be fine for you. No, asciidoc [1] is a specific format which is written in plain text with some markup (similar to latex), but with the goal to let the source document with markup be as readable as possible.
