Our web server is under some pressure, I do not know exactly why. I 
restarted it and it works for now, but I suspect it will soon start to 
use swap again.


Máté, would you have some knowledge in linux web servers handling, by 
chance?


Concerning windows 10 versions, yes, they exist and are stable. Have a 
look at ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx
