TS-DOS has a bug which Ken fixed in NewDos. He also fixed them in the 100/200
RAM versions.
It's been a while since I looked into it but as I recall, the bug is this. When
you have more files than an entire screen, you use the shift key plus down
arrow to go to the next screen of files. When
Fugu ME100? How do I get one from there? Also how can I upgrade from 24k to
32k? What is needed and where do I get it from?

I have to say, the memory management / ROM-heavy design of the 100 is a
bit of a PITA, but fun to work around. Commodore 64 being my first
computer, I haven't had much experience with more primitive systems, so
there is definitely a learning curve :) 8085 is also so different than 6502
world.
One thing that is a bummer - DVI DOS is not compatible with ROM2/Cleu.

I finally got lucky and bought a brand-new TPDD1 for a good price. Now I
have a fully working DVI and the TPDD. Fun to play with for sure :)

I'd highly recommend Fugu ME100, I got two from him, and they work
perfectly. Definitely the single most important upgrade (well, besides
maxing out RAM to 32K).

Be aware that this version has the shift down bug when you have more than 2
screens of files to show.
There is also SARDOS, a blend of Sardine and TS-DOS. I did fix the shift down
bug in all three versions.
Where can I find a ROM image of TS-DOS 4.x for the M100?
TIA,

Nice write-up but when you mention not having a cable it got my hopes up
that you were going to be making your own. I hope to find a good deal on
one of these someday, preferably with the cable included.
