Hi all, I got my parts, and made one cable successfully. It looks pretty good, I was able to boot up the DVI, format and make a copy of the boot disk. When I went to format a second copy, it did not work. I tried three additional disks but got format errors. Hopefully nothing has gone wrong inside

Thanks Gary. I got to wondering if the power switch placement was an afterthought. The three power switch traces are the only ones that rub against the plastic. They also go all the way around the PCB rather than 2” straight over to the ribbon connector, makes me think they added it last. Je
