[M100] NEC PC-8201a charging

Hi All

As there was interest in the modification I did to my NEC PC-8201a's 
charging circuit for NiMH batteries, here are the charge times vs run times:

15 hours charge = 15 hours run
10 hours              = 16 hours
7 hours                =  6.25 hours
20 hours              = 15 hours

So it appears the 2000mAh Eneloops are fully charged within 10 hours. 
The mod I did was add an 80 ohm resistor across R2. This effectively 
makes R2 about 56 ohms.  This PC-8201a has 2 banks of RAM, ie 64KB.
