I have. Plus Hong Kong, Nanchang, Guangzhou and a few other places. If something can be copied, scavenged or stolen and sold at a profit (working or not, legal or not), you can assume it's being done. It doesn't take much for something to be considered profitable, considering the cost of labor.

Well I got my first counterfeit parts from China recently. I went to build up the first T102 QUAD, and voila no workey. suspect one part, looks funny. swap it and voila! almost working... hah. So, I have a hardware thing to sort out, tbd on that, but interesting that the 74HC02 was fake.
