I recently found my new favorite ribbon for the bottom, right at a Target. 9/16" wide, and thinner and smoother than the 3/8" I was using. The tape sticks better to it because it's flatter. The only thing is it would rather catch fire than melt when you try to fuse the cut edges. So I have to

Hey Lee, I checked that website out ... seems fairly hard to understand how to submit a board for quote. The interface isn't very clear on what I should push. Is this your website, or were you plugging it for someone else? Also, I tried to submit an STL file for a 3D printing quote, but

Hey Brian, Thanks, we'll see if they work soon enough I suppose. I also put a couple of capacitor population options on the bottom of the board with different CAP height possibilities. The idea being that with proper component selection, no added filler / spacer should be required below

I dunno but I like your half-holes better than the figtronix ones. The less-than-half arc, the small square pads, and the insulating space between the closest point between pads. -- bkw On Jul 17, 2017 7:56 PM, "Ken Pettit" wrote: > Toying around with the idea. Just

Ah in that case I see how it doesn't really have a place in this table. I don't have a wp2 myself and wasn't aware of that. On Jul 17, 2017 3:15 PM, "Gary Weber" wrote: It was my impression that the WP2 code base for its system ROM isn't directly based off of the original

Yes it has a Z80, which is a super-set of the 8080 (and has quite a few additional instructions actually), but departs from the 8085. (Try to use RIM/SIM on a Z80 and you go to never-never land) Yes, CP/M iI think would be quite possible given the WP-2 RAM architecture. On Mon, Jul 17, 2017

Doesn't the WP2 use a Z80? Might have some incompatibilities there since it has some instructions not present in the 8085. Now, if you wanted to port CP/M to it... ;-) m - Original Message - From: Gary Weber To: m...@bitchin100.com Sent: Monday, July 17, 2017 3:15 PM

Right the WP-2 codebase is unrelated to the Microsoft BASIC ROM base of the Model T. Though it would be nice if we had a disassembly of the wp-2 and entrypoints. Btw are you going to make your web page smart enough to generate include files? -- John.

It was my impression that the WP2 code base for its system ROM isn't directly based off of the original Kyocera architecture and therefore I wasn't considering including it. Can someone clarify? Also yes the NEC 8201A and 8300 ROM entry points and upper RAM area are equivalent for development
