Yeah, typically a single key failure on most keyboards indicates a dirty or
bad switch. If it's multiple keys it may be one of the GPIO lines that's
used in scanning the keyboard matrix instead.

There is an old message thread from March of 2014 (bitching100 archives)
about bad keys on a 102. Take a look at that for suggestions. If it's a
single key it may need to be cleaned or replaced.
