Your comment about the Option key acting as a toggle is interesting. Do you
think that this is an intended function, or is it a design flaw? Just curious.

I'm not sure if it's a feature or a bug, but I'm definitely not going to report
this one to Apple. grin. It's just way too convenient to want to give it up.
I personally don't want applications saving their current state unless I tell
them to. :-)

Yes, usually the app will update itself, or you can download it, and just copy
it to your applications folder replacing what is already there.
