Yes, you can use the voice command to do this and yes you can use a BT keyboard for this. I can give a link to one I have not used this one but it is very portable and others I know have used it. I use the Apple BT keyboard myself right now! See link below.

oh hey!... this is actually a simple probem i encounter alot... its normally a message sent failer, or it shows up when there is alot of network traffic, and it takes an abnormal amount of time to get from your handset to another hth This email may contain personal identifyable information.
