That website's changed a lot. You could try using the rota control with
voiceover u though, then you can go to the headings or links etc.

I wanted to install Skype and understand it can't be found in the app

Yes however, it can be done. If you go into general preferences in iTunes, and
click the import settings button, you can change the conversion type from M4a
to MP3. It should be noted, however, that Harmony does have a good point.

George, if you're looking to read this file on a device that does not support
m4a, Then it may be worth converting it, but if you're going to be using it on
a device that does support this, you can leave it at that.
