I do not know of a shortcut to the app store. Command shift A will open your
applications folder in Finder. VO D for dock and then a for app store plus
enter is the quickest way I know of getting there.

Actually you can if you want to set up a vo quick key. I have my right option
key plus 1 to 5 set up for apps I open from most frequent to most
infrequenty. so you can set up option numrow 2 for the app store if you want
