Open up computer from Desktop with command shift C.
Find your Mac Drive.
Now try just pressing enter on it and retyping the correct name. I have
renamed several external and internal drive like this but not tried it
on the OS drive yet but see no reason why this would not work similalrly.
It works on the os drive. I have done this many times when I wanted to be cute
for the holidays.

Honestly, I've found very little use for this feature, but I'm glad vo supports
it, it does help when you have several windows open, and they are overlapping
enough that sighted folks can't tell where the active cursor
Nearly any osx compatible editor can do this, including quicktime. Just load
the two files, ctrl-a to highlight the whole thing, then paste it in at the end
of the other one. Export it to the format of your choice, and you're all done.

Thanks for the info. I have found that Audiobook converter does it as well.
MP3convert does it but way over priced for something so simple. Audiobook
converter achieves everything I want.
