I know that years ago, DVD Remaster could copy DVD'S that were encrypted
DVD'S is this still the case? Okay so that's copying now what about

Ripping, I'd suggest Handbrake. For copying, you let me know if you find
out anything, as I've been wonderring the same for quite some time, and no
one seems to know.

Good news from the Canadian perspective. Just tried NetFlix again and I got the
descriptive audio. It’s working now on both my iPhone and Apple TV.
