You cannot do this. Yu can only move one line at a time. You can though scroll with the track pad but i never do this as I personally don't need it. Page up and page down never have worked for scroling in the mac. If you want some trainign materials go visit http://tffppodcast.com/premium

It depends on what kind of list you are in. Be sure you are interacting first and try option-up or option-down arrow. Also, control-option-shift-home or end on a full sized keyboard. On a laptop, shift-FN-control-option-left or right arrow. In text, command-up and command-down arrow
