Hello, I am running Mac OS 10.10.1 on my iMac and IOS 8.1.2 on my iPhone 5S. My wife is running the latest IOS 7 on her iPhone 4. Contacts and Calendars are currently synced across all 3 devices and it is essential that we retain this facility.
Following discussion on this list about podcasts on iOS 8.1.2 I am considering installing downcast on my iPhone 5S. However to sync podcasts with my iMac it seems that I have to enable iCloud drive which is currently not enabled. If I do that will it still be possible to sync contacts and calendars across iMac, iPhone 5S and iPhone 4? Note that I do not want to sync any other types of document with the iPhone 4. If any problems arise over iCloud drive can I disable it and go back to my current situation? Many thanks.
