Tempo Perfect is a great metronome app. The reason I suggested using
GigBabyFree! instead in an earlier reply is that I prefer to use rhythm or
music tracks for exercise sessions, and this app lets you either use a straight
metronome or play a backing rhythm track of your choice at the beat

and 30 is half as fast as the clock speed.

musician's app called GigBabyFree! by ioMetrics LLC that is quite accessible,
and that has a built in metronome:

Try tempo perfect. I use that all the time, not for exercise but for my
conducting work. it’s free and you can find it on the ios app store.

Tempo Perfect by nch software is an excellent metronome for the IOS platform.
They probably have a version for Mac OSX as well. Of course, it deals with
beats per minute, not revolutions per minute, but that's not a big problem as I
think you just want a steady beat that can be adjusted faster
