depending on the dropbox version, you'll have to do an option click on the dropbox extras menu item to get it to open. when focused on the dropbox item in the extras menu, route the mouse to VO with Command VO F5 and while holding down the option key, click the mouse on your trackpad. -

Usually the iPhone is synced with iTunes, not dropbox. I don't understand the need for dropbox to be in the equation for iPhone syncing. Anything in the dropbox folder is automatically uploaded to the dropbox cloud - you don't have to initiate any action, it is automatic. - Original
