Well I guess I now know that the onscreen keyboard should be visible to VO, so when it isn’t [if it happens again] I will just keep trying, or maybe reboot. Going back to creating a Braille note for the password, and then doing a cut and paste for the onscreen text field; I still think there

That’s an interesting/ingenious idea, will bear it in mind. I say that because the issue is now resolved. Several attempts produced the same experience, but for some reason my last attempt [doing exactly as I had before] made the onscreen keyboard available again. No idea why it wasn’t showing
