How does one delete email addresses, which are automatically filled in, while
sending emails
I knew, but forgot where to go.

I thought I was a god, but then

go to window and prior recipients. Now find the ones you want to get rid of and
remove them.
there's also a file you can delete but I can't remember which one it is at the
moment so go this rout until someone suggests otherwise.

You can remove them from there. This should not affect the names and addresses
in your address book.
