I wish to import my contacts from Lion to ML which is on my external.
I retrieved my address book file addressbook.adbbu I believe its name is.
Where do I place it on my ML drive?

Does one go about this in another fashion?
NO, I do not wish to put m l over my Lion disk.

I just open it and go. it will replace everything in there w your old contacts,
ir you can log in w iCloud and it will merge that way.
