I experience the same problem. Despite Anne's very helpful advice I am still
not able to relocate the cursor either page up or down with the commands
suggested.

Somebody advised to use CMD Arrows to go to the beginning and end of lines and
documents. But how to go one page up or down? If I use my fingers on the
trackpad, Vo announces the next or previous page, but
