Hello, I have two questions I have been concerned about? first of all, if I read e-mail on my Mac book and delete it and then when I go back to check messages on my I pad the messages I thought were deleted on my Mac Book appear again. The second is there were some disks that I couldn't play

I've had no trouble with the audible web site. If you could give some specifics as to what your difficulties are, we might be able to offer some assistance. I have several audible items, and downloading them is simple enough, though it's not always obvious which one you're downloading.
