Hello. Try saving as rtfd or raw source. This will enable mail to open the
message if it is raw or text edit if rtfd. Good luck.

That's what i mean. What if you are on the rode traveling for a gig, you don't
have a time machine drive, you have no bootable partition from which to run the

When you say Outlook I presume you mean the Windows version.
In Outlook 2003 you can save messages as Text which will open and read fine
on text edit on the Mac.
I assume this is true for later version Office - I am not sure .

Hello Cathy,
Someone may correct me about this, but one of the ways in which VIP differs
from smart mailboxes and rules is in the way they get treated under iOS 6, if
you use an iPhone or iPad. Although you can create smart mailboxes that show

wouldn't that be a simple matter of holding option key while booting, and

I have both pages and numbers.
I have been disappointed with numbers because several of the shortcut keys

Not me, as I don't have a blank one. And I don't want to create one either. LOL
be aware that you probably can't do this a whole lot, after a while the Flash
drive will wear out, It's probably not meant for constant reinstalling of an
operating system.
