Go to the top of the file with command+up arrow, or place your cursor where
you want to start searching the file from. Then hit command+F, type in your
search, then hit return. Finally hit escape to leave the search dialog.
Now read your current line with vo+L, and look at where you're at.
OK, you don't use DVD's? Then what do you use? VHS videos? Or worse...
Beta videos?... LOL!... Just kidding.

Actually the key stroke you want for finding the next instant of word or phrase
is cmd g but yeah if you want to find anything it's cmd f then type and then
enter. I use this all the time in texshop and it works in a 700 to 500 line

Hey Sarah,
That's great! I new about vo+G, but not just command+G. So would
command+shift+G find the previous entry?
Chris.

No. I use avi files. and confert them to mp3 if I want the video out which I
do normally. 99 gigs of avi files turned in to 27 gigs over night. lol. Yeah I
really don't' use dvds anymore.
What you could do though is use hand brake to rip to mp4 then use easy music
converter to take the audio
Hi Chris and Others,
Command+f to find the first instance of a string and Command+g to find all
subsequent matches is the general Mac shortcut for searching. The VoiceOver
search syntax uses this format. Yes, using Command+Shift+g will find the
previous entry. One thing that is different
I believe so. I've never actually used a find previous command in any program.
Not for a while anyway. It's worth a try, as I'm not home to try it. Smile

Kind of, yes. But those two apps don't analyse your cookies, just delete them.
This one looks at the files to see what's malicious and what isn't. There is
a difference.
Kind regards

Hello all.
I am seeking for a set of Bluetooth headphones that can sync to a iPhone and my
Mac at the same time. Ideally I would like it to be able to sync to 3 devices
at the same time. One can be a passive/active relationship. That is, you press
a button to toggle between the 2 channels.
Well, I know my logitech keyboard has the ability to use the f-keys to switch
through devices, which I absolutely adore, although I wish I could find the
manual for it, if anyone can email me one offlist that'd be good, as I don't
have access to safari at the moment.

I never personally got that to work. It always errored out. that could be
operator error though, I'd say give that a try and see if that works.
Good luck. Sorry I'm not being of much help here. I try.

Well it works for me. That may just be because my mac is newer or something, I
