What I've discovered, is that for you to use soon, it's best to have voiceover off. Then do a two finger out word pinch two fingers together spread apart turn voiceover back on, and you'll find a zoom feature at the bottom of the screen. It will stay there then and voiceover can work with it. Flick up and down to changes in power.
