get that too, just close the message and wait a bit then you should be able o
go back on it and read it. It's likely Google's problem, mail can't fully open
what it doesn't have. Now if you get that after mail has processed then it's a
different problem.

soudns like gmail beeing slow. it always has been that way. try not showing the
preview pain and that might solve the problem. It did for me.
