I just tested with the latest Vmware, Fusion latest Yosemite and JAWS and had no problem moving by word in a notepad file holding down ctrl-left arrow, or ctrl-right arrow. I can do this with voiceover on or off. I could install NVDA and try that if you think that would make a difference? I am

I'm sending this again as my email bounced. ,Actually through further testing I determinained it is a mac keyboard driver issue either vmware or apple will have to fix. This problem has been plaging me for months now. Btw all you had to do was add the .ogg extension to the end of the file.
