Re: Logging In on Mac Book Pro Since Updating
I believe this is a bug. You will go to system prefs, then users and groups, then to log in options at the bottom of the table, unlock you rprefs, and then check user voice over at the log in prompt. If it is checked then yes it is a bug. I have a person wiht a mac book pro who is suffering the same bug. If I close down when I start the Mac again there is no speech. I press command plus F5 and I have a very very slow voice. This guides me of a fashion and I get logged in. However, if I choose to shut down by going to Apple Menu and log out eleanor burke, then the Mac Book Pro starts up immediately with the type of login as I have on the Mac Book Air. I want the Pro to simply shut down when I close and when I power on again I wan t vo coming up talking. I know I have been repetative here but I am trying to explain the situation. Re: Logging In on Mac Book Pro Since Updating
No it was not a bug. I had all set as Sarah says below but in addition, I need to turn file vault off and then I was sorted.
