MacGroup: X11

I'm running panther. X11 resides in my applications folder. It seems to open when I double click it but, as far as I can tell, nothing happens. I don't remember why I have this app or what it does. Why do I have this application on my hard drive, what does it do, and should I upgrade it?

Sounds like Konfabulator, I have several of them open at all times on the desktop, a great help. I had a screen saver that I just loved, but one of the Widgets was to calculate the processor activity and WOW, this screen saver was taking 90% usage. I wouldn't have known. John R. From: John M.

That would be the wonderful utility Konfabulator you're thinking about. It's safe to delete them if you don't think you'll use it again. I recommend downloading it, but hey, that's just me! ;) I have widgets in my application folder and they do not work with Panther. I believe the widgets are
