My guess: Phishing. Call Insight tomorrow and ask. Use the number on
your bill or something else. I had something like this happen with my

Interesting... I got the exact same e-mail from my IgLou mail account,
but instead of Insight, it read Dear IgLou Webmail User. I screen
copied it and sent it to IgLou, but never heard anything from them.
Just so everyone knows - NEVER send your user name, password, dob to
ANYONE, for ANY
