Maybe it wants you to log in from an AT network. If you log in with the VPN 
active it looks like you’re coming from a different network.

I needed to use the myAT app today. If I have Private Internet Access on it 
doesn’t recognize my username/password. If I turn PIA off then I can log in 
without problems.
