I found that link too. Tried messing with the settings and that didn't work. 
Very confusing and frustrating.

[MacGroup] Problem with photos

An odd thing is happening with my photos on my iPhone. Some of them have a 
small exclamation point on the bottom right corner. Some of my most recent 
photos are fine and don’t show that. The ones with the exclamation points I 
can’t email or share in any way. Thoughts on what the problem is and how to fix 
really appreciated!
