I've noticed recently that email I send from home, through my Insight
internet connection, takes quite a while — 10 to 15 seconds — to go
through once I've clicked on the Send button. I get the spinning
cog in Mail (Leopard version) under the Mail Activity panel for
those 10 or 15 seconds.
Yes, occasionally; but no problems at present.

I have recently been getting delays in web page loads. It will take
up to thirty seconds to even begin to load a page.
I have changed my dns and it has helped but not cured my issues. It
has been going on for a few days now.
