That’s a great question, Sandy! I wish I had an answer equal to it.
Unfortunately, there really is nothing to fully replace them. My needs are not as elaborate as they once were, since I am not a graphic arts professional any more. I use Pages to create what documents I need, but its page layout abilities leave much to be desired. I also like Pixelmater as a nice basic graphics app. To be clear, these in no way are that great for professionals who need full-featured apps, but they get me by as my CS 3 apps (that I inherited from an ex-employer that went out of business) fail to work at all on anything past El Capitan.
