I learned about the spell checker app SpellCatcher from Lee. The developer died
in 2012 and the app hasn’t been upgraded for any OS since, however it still

application?
Thanks.

can live with it as long

I'm confused. I still used Spell Catcher under 10.8.2, and have had no
problems, yet when I googled
I didn't migrate apps from the old machine.
Maybe I’ll try to download and install and see what happens.
Thanks.

Only problem, Jonathan, I have 10s of shortcuts in spell catcher and it will
take a good deal of time to reenter those and the shortcuts don’t work in all

Here is what Rainmaker (company which produces spell catcher has to say!
Specifically, if an input method is active (almost any input method,
including Apple's own that ship with OS X), you will be unable to edit

Is anyone on the listserve using Spell Catcher 10.2.1 with Tiger.
I'm having some problems with it but don't want to bother the group if
no one is using the program?
Thanks.

I scoured the Rainmaker forums this evening and found out if Spell
Catcher loses it's input method, log out and log back in. Also when you
reboot your computer and you bypass the login window, SC forgets its
input method.
Another glitch with SC and Tiger is the print dialog. I haven't been

Shoot, you don't even need to go that far. Simply go to the input
method menu, open the international
