Fusion 360 from autodesk is $2500 for a commercial licence for one year, and it can do 5-axis swarf and contour following. They will also practically give it to you for personal use. Otherwise, RhinoCAM is pretty good at $10k, then things travel into the stratosphere at $20k+ (check out hypermill...).
For what is sounds like you want Fusion 360 has all the functionality you would need.
