an FTP site?
I'm currently using DreamWeaver to develop websites and when I hit sync, it

Personally, I've never had a requirement for FTP sync, so I can't recommend any
on that basis. However, many of them will have free trial periods and you can
try them for yourself.

Does it HAVE to be ftp? If not, rsync.
If it rally does, then ncftp, wput, lftp and several other command-line tools
do this
