I know iPhotos is unsupported and stops working in Catalina, but I still use
it. I'm hoping someone remembers something about it.

In the left column, iPhotos offers the headers: Library, Recent, Events, and
Albums. Under Recent is: Last 12 Months, Last Import, Flagged, Printing, and
Trash, all very understandable.

The issue is that I have one extra entry in Recent that I don't understand —
its name is "Jun 23, 2019". It has one unremarkable photo in it, which in fact
was taken on that date, but was far from the only photo taken on that date.
The photo doesn't appear to be flagged in any special way, even in Get Info.
The entry is not an album, it's in Recent (not that 2019 is exactly recent).
Right clicking on the entry "Jun 23, 2019" doesn't offer me any option to
delete the entry. Choosing the entry, or the photo in it, and then browsing
the menu-bar menus fails to enlighten.

I have no idea how this entry was created, why it is under Recent, or what
significance it has, if any. Does anybody else know what this means?

I suppose I can always disappear it by exporting the photo, deleting it from
iPhoto, then re-importing… assuming that doesn't just empty out the Recent
entry instead of removing it. But I'd like to solve the puzzle.
