Ouch!  Let’s put that into stronger terms:  Christopher Jones, your comment is 
full of hubris and exceedingly pretentious.   To suggest not supporting GCC on 
OS X/macOS is not only bad policy, it is dangerous and reflects profound 
ignorance.
