Yes, space-separated, comma-separated, or because the ticket references
are quite long, just with multiple Closes $ticket lines.

Please do not use the # syntax anymore in commit messages. This is now
reserved for references to pull requests on GitHub. Instead, paste the
full URL to the Trac ticket into the commit message:

Closes https://trac.macports.org/ticket/52666

When you add keywords such as "closes", "fixes", "fix" in front of the
ticket URL, the ticket will also automatically be closed with a
reference to the commit.
