We are on it and investigating what the currently running requests and
processes are. It will return shortly.

Seems like trac is down again, just got a 503. Does it need another kick?

I kicked it again.

Periodically, too many requests clog up the web server threads. The
server would still have free resources and the load average is also not
particularly high.

We still have some options for tuning, but as it only occurs
sporadically, we always have to wait to see if this solved it.

I've kicked it. Not exactly sure what causes these outages, it's
probably some crawler that fills a queue with requests and causes all of
them to be dropped due to timeout after a while.

We're keeping an eye on it.
