can't find lzcat port

Hi I couldn't find lzcat in the ports. lzcat is similar to zcat for viewing files compressed with lzop. i was able to install lzop successfully but couldn't find lzcat. Can someone explain why this is the case and how lzcat can be ported? Thanks, Numan
