If worse comes to worse, you might want to take a look at http://hpc.sourceforge.net/. This site has binaries compiled from the GNU source code with versions for Yosemite, Mavericks, Mountain Lion and Lion. I've have been able to successfully install and gfortran from this site. Hope this

Can someone please tell me the status of gfortran for yosemite? I am having not luck in finding gfortran on macports. There is g95 but I have not installed it. Looking around a bit it seems that gcc apparently compiles fortran code? That is gnu cc. But what is its relation to macports ports
