The kdelibs4 upgrade fails for me with a files exists error while it
is trying to install one of its dependencies qt4-kde:
xinstall: /opt/local/var/macports/build/
_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync
.macports.org_release_ports_aqua_qt4-kde/work/qt-mac-opensource-

to create lrelease again (an error).
If this is the case, then
port clean qt4-kde
port install qt4-kde
should solve the problem.
I experienced the same problem (I had to stop the build the first time
