I suppose this is a documentation issue ... I'm a longtime, but infrequent MacPorts user... Just (successfully) updated Macports to 1.9 (from 1.8) and upgraded outdated installs (Apache2/MySQL/PHP primaries). Apparently everything went normally, no problems noted and everything is still

libLAPACK version problem

I've been trying to get a PyQt python application that uses a PyQwt plot working. All is fine when I launch the scripts from the command line but after making an app bundle with PyInstaller the application crashes on launch with an error saying that libLAPACK has an incompatible version.
