Some of the qt5 creator related ports have been renamed (e.g., qt5-creator-mac
is now qt5-creator and q5-creator-mac-docs is now qt5-creator-docs) but this
didn't happen for the creator examples port (the qt5-creator-mac-examples port
reports as obsolete and won't install).
