Latest Wireshark crashes on startup

Port change to port notes only - increment revision number or not?

I sometimes use extensive and lengthy notes in portfiles. I want to update one's notes section just a bit, but I'd hate to think it would cause anyone to actually upgrade an installed port because of it. What is the recommended practice now? ___
