No, it is not from MacPorts. MacPorts (by default) installs to /opt/local.

Something else installed that binary into /usr/include, assuming you didn’t 
manually configure MacPorts to install there, which wouldn’t be a good idea.

Messed with a binary in /usr/local/bin

I messed up my macports structure a bit. 
While I was in need of a newer tidy (tidy-html5) I deleted /usr7local/bin/tidy 
(which is the macports binary if I’m correct).
How can I „repair“ this situation using some macports command, maybe something 
like —force?
