I've now tried theese in order & Im still getting build errors possible solutions tried 1) rename /usr/bin/libtool 2) symlink /usr/bin/libtool -> /macports/bin/libtool 3) enable macports trace mode see : https://macports.mathiesen.info/10.6-i386/mysql57-main.log see :
